To: President Barack Obama, Vice President Joseph Biden, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton,
and the people of the entity known as the United States of
America:
I, Baruch, son of Eliyahu, who was born a member of the Yehudian people and is a Yehudinian, hereby notify you of
the following:
On this day, 1 April 2010, I unilaterally declare the establishment and the existence of the Nation of
Yehuda, hereby known as Yehudastine.
We, the Yehudian people, demand for the Nation of Yehuda, the legal right to the land identified below, which was
formerly claimed to be part of the entity known as the United States of America. The United States of America is
also referred to as America:
The East Bank of Yehudastine: Florida, Georgia, South Carolina,
North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts,
New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine
The Midwest Strip of Yehudastine: Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri,
Arkansas, and Kansas
My ancestors arrived in Yehudastine over a hundred years ago. My fellow religionists first came to Yehudastine more
than 300 years ago. Because of these facts, I and my co-religionists have an undisputed right to all of the land
now called the United States of America. The people of America have stolen the lands of Yehudastine from the
Yehuastinians, who are its legitimate and historical owners. We Yehudastinians only make the same rightful demands
regarding the entity known as the United States of America as the so-called Palestinians have made regarding the
State of Israel. Mr. President, Mr. Vice-President and Madam Secretary we sincerely hope that you will accede to
our demands in the same manner that you acquiesce to the demands of the so-called Palestinian people and those Arab
nations that support the so-called Palestinian people and which have maintained a state of war with Israel for the
past 60 years.
We also hereby unilaterally declare East Washington D.C. to be the capital of Yehudastine. The city of New York
will, from this time forward, be renamed Hymie Town.
The official religion of Yehudastine is the Yehudastinian religion. Persons belonging to any religion other than
the Yehudastinian religion will be known as Infidels. All Infidels will be discriminated
against and non-Yehudastinian access to any Infidel religious site will be denied unless Infidel pilgrims to these
sites travel in armed convoys under the protection of the military forces of America.
Within the Nation of Yehuda, all construction of any kind by persons, companies or authorities other that those of
the Yehudastinian religion is hereby prohibited. In particular, expansion of housing to accommodate the natural
growth of Infidel families will not be allowed.
It is the express policy of the Yehudastinian nation to encourage, if not to force, all persons of religious
persuasions other than that of the Yehudastinian religion to leave the territories now under the control of the
Nation of Yehuda. All persons of religious persuasions other than that of the Yehudian religion who refuse to
leave the Nation of Yehuda will be persecuted, stoned, shot at, and/or killed. Yehudastinians who persecute,
throw stones at, shoot at, and/or kill Infidels will be identified as national heroes and will be appropriately
honored. In particular, a Yehudian freedom fighter who hijacks a bus leading to the killing of Americans, including
12 children will have a public square in Yehudastine named after him.
The constitution of Yehudastine will call for the eventual elimination of the entity known as the United States of
America and Yehudastinian school curricula will teach that non-Yehudastinian citizens of America are nothing but
low-life animals that should be eliminated from the earth.
Since East Washington D.C. is the capital of the Nation of Yehuda, all Infidels are expected to leave this part of
the city and all ongoing Infidel construction in East Washington D.C. shall immediately cease and no new Infidel
construction will be allowed. Furthermore, the identification of Washington D.C. as the capital of America is an
affront to the people of Yehuda and to all practitioners of the Yehudastinian religion. We hereby call for the
removal from Washington D.C. to some other city within the region now controlled by America of all foreign
embassies to America.
The Nation of Yehuda appeals to all freedom-loving people around the world to provide funds and resources to the
people of Yehudastine to continue the armed struggle to eliminate the entity known as the United States of America.
To this end, we defend the right of Yehudastinians to conduct armed conflict against any and all citizens of
America in the name of freedom. This right includes the killing of innocent civilians and non-combatants in the
on-going struggle to obtain those areas currently under the control of the entity known as the United States of
America for the peaceful and freedom-loving people of Yehudastine and their co-religionists. As part of the
on-going struggle to drive the American Infidels into the sea, the people of the Midwest Strip of Yehudastine
solicit the support of all fair-minded citizens of the world in their efforts to obtain and employ rockets and
other weaponry to attack the American occupiers. We further demand that the people of the Midwest Strip be
permitted to import, smuggle and otherwise obtain rockets and weapons from Mexico through Mesico’s border with
southern Texas.
While there have been individuals and governments that have offered the people of Yehudastine autonomy within a
2-state arrangement, these people have failed to understand that a 2-state solution is not the objective that is
being sought by Yehudastinians. What we seek and what we demand is the complete destruction and elimination of the
entity known as the United States of America.
Mr. President, Mr. Vice-President and Madam Secretary, I have abstracted below portions of the Yehudastinian
Charter, which is to be the predecessor to a Yehudastinian constitution. The Yehudastinian Charter is based upon
and derived from the Charter of the HAMAS (Ref. 1) and the PLO
Charter(Ref. 2). We demand the same considerations that you have
most recently given to the PLO, HAMAS, FATAH and the so-called Palestinian people while chastising and belittling
the State of Israel and its people.
The Yehudastinian Charter is uncompromising in its goal of eliminating the entity known as the United States
of America. It declares that all of the land known as the United States of America is a Yehudastinian trust land,
can never be surrendered to non-Yehudastinians and is an integral part of the world of Yehuda.
The time to rid Yehudastine of Infidels will not come until Yehudastinians
will fight the Infidels and kill them; until the Infidels hide behind
rocks and trees, which will cry: O Yehudastinians, there is an
Infidel
hiding behind me, come on and kill him!
The Yehudastinian Resistance Movement believes that the land of Yehudastine has been a Yehudastinian land
throughout the generations and no one can renounce it or part of it, or abandon it or part of it. Yehudastine
is and has been a Yehudastinian land throughout all generations.
Peace initiatives, the so-called peaceful solutions, and the international conferences to resolve the
Yehudastinian problem, are all contrary to the beliefs of the Yehudastinian people. For renouncing any part of
Yehudastine means renouncing part of the religion.
From time to time a clamoring is voiced, to hold an International Conference in search for a solution to the
problem. Some accept the idea, others reject it, for one reason or another, demanding the implementation of this
or that condition, as a prerequisite for agreeing to convene the Conference or for participating in it. But the
Yehudastinian Movement, which is aware of the prospective parties to this conference, and of their past and present
positions towards the problems of Yehudastinians, does not believe that those conferences are capable of
responding to demands, or of restoring rights or doing justice to the oppressed. Those conferences are no more
than a means to appoint the nonbelievers as arbitrators in the lands of Yehuda. Since when did the Unbelievers
do justice to the Believers?
There is no solution to the Yehudastinian problem except by holy war. The initiatives, proposals and International
Conferences are but a waste of time, an exercise in futility. The Yehudastinian people are too noble to have their
future, their right and their destiny submitted to a vain game.
Yehudastine is an indivisible territorial unit. The Yehudastinian people possess the legal right to their homeland
and have the right to determine their destiny after achieving the liberation of their country in accordance with
their wishes and entirely of their own accord and will. The Yehudastinian identity is a genuine, essential, and
inherent characteristic; it is transmitted from parents to children.
The phase in their history, through which the Yehudastinian people are now living, is that of national struggle
for the liberation of Yehudastine. On this basis the Yehudastinian masses are working for the retrieval of
Yehudastine and its liberation through armed struggle. Armed struggle is the only way to liberate Yehudastine.
Thus it is the overall strategy, not merely a tactical phase. The Yehudastinian people assert their absolute
determination and firm resolution to continue their armed struggle and to work for an armed popular revolution
for the liberation of their country and their return to it.
Commando action constitutes the nucleus of the Yehudastinian popular liberation war. This requires its escalation,
comprehensiveness, and the mobilization of all the Yehudastinian popular and educational efforts and their
organization and involvement in the armed revolution.
The liberation of Yehudastine is a national duty and it attempts to repel the Infidel and aggression against the
Yehudastinian homeland and aims at the elimination of the entity known as the United States of America. The
liberation of Yehudastine will restore to the Yehudastinian individual his dignity, pride, and freedom. Accordingly
the Yehudastinian people look forward to the support of all those who believe in the dignity of man and his freedom
in the world. The liberation of Yehudastine is necessitated by the demands of self-defense. Accordingly the
Yehudastinian people, desirous as they are of the friendship of all people, look to freedom-loving, and
peace-loving states for support in order to restore their legitimate rights in Yehudastine, to re-establish peace
and security in the country, and to enable its people to exercise national sovereignty and freedom.
The establishment of America was and is entirely illegal, regardless of the passage of time, because it was and is
contrary to the will of the Yehudastinian people and to our natural right in our homeland, and inconsistent with
the principles embodied in the Charter of the United Nations, particularly the right to self-determination.
The American Declaration of Independence and the American Constitution and everything that has been based upon
them, are deemed null and void. Claims of historical or religious ties of Americans with Yehudastinian are
incompatible with the facts of history and the true conception of what constitutes statehood. America does not
constitute a single nation with an identity of its own.
The Yehudastinian people, expressing themselves by the armed Yehudastinian revolution, reject all solutions which
are substitutes for the total liberation of Yehudastine and reject all proposals aiming at the liquidation of the
Yehudastinian problem, or its internationalization.
The entity known as the United States of America is associated with international imperialism and antagonistic to
all action for liberation and to progressive movements in the world. It is racist and fanatic in its nature,
aggressive, expansionist, and colonial in its aims, and fascist in its methods. It is the geographical base for
world imperialism placed strategically in the midst of the Yehudastinian homeland to combat the hopes of the
Yehudastinian nation for liberation, unity, and progress. The entity known as the United States of America is a
constant source of threat vis-a-vis peace in the whole world. Since the liberation of Yehudastine will destroy the
imperialist presence and will contribute to the establishment of peace in the world, the Yehudastinian people look
for the support of all the progressive and peaceful forces and urge them all, irrespective of their affiliations
and beliefs, to offer the Yehudastinian people all aid and support in their just struggle for the liberation of
their homeland.
The demand of security and peace, as well as the demand of right and justice, require all states to consider the
entity known as the United States of America to be an illegitimate movement, to outlaw its existence, and to ban
its operations, in order that friendly relations among peoples may be preserved, and the loyalty of citizens to
their respective homelands safeguarded. Fighters and carriers of arms in the war of liberation are the nucleus
of the popular army which will be the protective force for the gains of the Yehudastinian people.
